A southwest twist on a classic Chicken recipe and I am HERE. FOR. IT!
Chicken Piccata has been around for years and years and lets be honest, it’s everyone’s favorite! I decided to put a spin on this dish and use corn flour instead of regular flour for the breading. Let’s just say I am never goin’ back!
Being from Arizona, I am always drawn to things that are “Southwesty”, so it only makes sense to make my food that way as well!
This dish is beautiful, but such a breeze! You can even use frozen corn and not hassle with corn on the kob. And since summer is almost over… RUN! Don’t walk to the store you have to try this!
