And these aren’t any ordinary brownies… this is a Peanut Butter, Mocha Brownie Skillet from your dreams!!! Well, technically from my dreams.
I made mine in a cast iron skillet, though you do not have to. This will work in other skillets, or even a pan if you’d rather just have brownies, in which case you could also follow my Chocolate Lava Bars recipe!
Adding the espresso in this recipe just gives it a richer chocolate flavor. You can’t taste it much, it just gives it a more decadent taste. I used Bob’s Red Mill Organic AP Flour because they are the only ones I trust for quality!
I topped mine off with some ice cream, chocolate and caramel syrup, just because I like to go over the top! We only go big or go home over here in Kyndra’s Kitchen!
