Spring is in the air! & my tummy now! :P
My recipe for this Sugar Cookie Skillet using Bob’s Red Mill Organic Flour will have you feeling all the spring feels too. I used Easter-y M&M’s and sprinkles, but the recipe is just as good plain with a big ole scoop of ice cream!
The recipe calls for baking it for 50 minutes, if you like your skillets a little dough-y, just keep an eye on it and take the skillet out as soon as it starts to get brown.
Those sprinkles though! Easter colors make me one happy gal, especially when I get to eat them!
I made this exact recipe with an 8 inch plus two 5 inch skillets also, and it was the perfect amount!
