I’m serious! There’s nothin’ to it, and it is so drool-worthy!

I made this into a meal, and added some pasta to it, because why not! I used gluten free, just because it was all I had in my fridge, but as always, feel free to do whatever. And to make it even easier, I used jarred tomato sauce. If you can find a good, high quality one, it can be just as good as homemade without the hassle.

I like my chicken parmesan to be crispy, rather than soggy (like you get most places). Because of this, I pan fry my chicken then bake it on a sheet pan, as opposed to baking it in a tomato sauce. I top mine with tomato sauce and cheese, and serve it over tomato sauce and pasta! This to me, is the perfect combination.
