Scones are so underrated in my opinion. They are the PERFECT breakfast pastry, and so so easy to make. Plus, you can make them any flavor you want!

When making scones the most important thing to remember is to NOT overmix the dough. It should be super duper crumbly when you turn it out onto the counter and form the circle. So don’t panic ;D
As I said before, feel free to substitute pretty much any berry or flavor for these, they are delicious any way you slice em’! Speaking of slicing them, I made rectangles-ish shapes the last time I made these, but I usually follow the recipe and make triangular ones (which I preferred). I was just going for a more rustic look with these!
