Alright listen up, this pasta changed my life for the better. SO quick and easy to throw to together, yet so delicious.
I’ve made two variations of the same base recipe, so feel free to play around with it and make it your own!
I used a whole Boursin package of cheese in the sauce. If you don’t know what Boursin is, it’s a creamy, spreadable type of cheese that comes in a variety of flavors. I like the herby one with this particular pasta dish.
The absolute best part of this pasta dish is that you can really add any types of meats, and veggies that you like. For one variation, I kept it vegetarian friendly. For another night, I sautéed some chicken breasts to go along with it!
Lastly, the pasta you use just has to be able to hold up to the creaminess of the sauce. I loved using jumbo Rigatoni and Pappardelle.
