Would ya look at those colors?!?
And believe it or not, I got those vibrant colors in my Chia pudding using solely fruits and veggies. Yep, you heard that right!
I used my normal chia pudding recipe, but before adding chia, I blended the milk with whatever fruits and/or vegetables I wanted.
You can also use "Superfood Powders" to get the really vibrant colors, available at most health food stores and online!
Pink: Red beets, strawberries, raspberry, pitaya
Yellow: Pineapple, yellow beets, mango
Orange: Mix yellow and pink
Green: Spinach, kiwi, green powder
Blue: Blue spirulina
Purple: Blueberries and red beets
