It's one of those Saturdays where you just need some cozy soul food, and for me, that meant Short Ribs and cheesy Polenta.
These short ribs are a breeze to make, though you have to give them 3 - 4 hours to cook. Once they are done, the options are endless! I like to make tacos, top off pizza, or serve them over a salad. They truly are delicious with EVERYTHING!
