Peppermint Mocha Brownie Skillet

Except….IT’S HEALTHY! -ish

This is my go-to late night chocolate craving attack remedy. It’s the perfect size, and always satisfies my sweet tooth, without leaving me feeling all guilty.

These brownie skillets are gluten free, and paleo, which is AMAZING, as it tastes just like a regular brownie. I used Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour to achieve these decadent brownie skillets. I love Bob’s Red Mill because they use only high quality grains to satisfy all vegan, paleo and gluten free being needs.

I sometime top mine off with ice cream or whipped cream. But when I’m feeling really healthy, I’ll use coconut cream.

If you don’t like the taste of peppermint, you can always take out the peppermint extract. That is my original recipe, though I was feeling in the holiday spirit and wanted to come up with a more festive dessert.


You can either make 4 mini skillets, or split the batter up into a few different dishes, depending on what you need.
