It’s the holidays and hectic family get togethers have officially begun!
Breakfast bakes are one of my favorite quick meals to throw together the night before, and pop in the oven the next morning (plus they are ALWAYS a huge hit!).
It’s super simple to throw together the morning before a get together. All you do is chop up the bread in big chunks, stir together the egg mixture, pour it over and pop in the fridge overnight until you’re ready to rock n roll!
I am throwin’ all of these holiday flavors in this breakfast bake, and they did NOT disappoint! I used croissants as my bread base for this dish because I think it adds a whole other level of flavor and texture, although you could really use any kind of stale-ish bread you have laying around.
I am going to make this for Thanksgiving breakfast, I think its super duper important to have a hearty breakfast to keep everyone full until dinnertime!
