YAY for Fall dishes!!!! Fall time has always been my favorite, and the flavors in this Brie appetizer scream fall. So, you can imagine how happy that makes Kyn!

Also, I could eat an entire wheel of Brie and not feel once ounce of remorse because it’s just THAT good. Add my Apple Pecan Spiced sauce over the top and you’ve got yourself one show-stopping appetizer.

I love this dish because it’s PERFECT for any kind of holiday gathering, or just a cozy night in by the fireplace. (…Or alone watching a movie with your pups)

I have made variations of this recipe for YEARS, and I have to say, this is hands down my favorite. Apples and Brie have always been a classic combination, but in this appetizer, all the flavors mix together so well, and the Calvados just amplifies them.


I used Calvados to add an extra appley punch. Calvados is an apple brandy, but it can easily be substituted for apple juice or apple cider!
