This recipe has been in my family for generations...and every time I make it I remember why. It is so DIVINE!
The cake is so moist and pairs perfectly with the strawberries. The outside is a bit chewy giving it a different texture when you bite into it and UGH! I wish I still had some because I am making myself crave it all over again.
The problem with roll cakes usually is that they crack when either rolling, or unrolling. And that most certainly doesn't make for a pretty cake. The reason I love this recipe so much, is because I have never ever had trouble with it cracking, which is just fricken amazing to me! Yay for good recipes!
