In my opinion.. this should be a national holiday, celebrated everywhere by eating S'Mores all day. Actually, I think that IS what I'll do all day!
As a little girl, one of my favorite memories was always sitting by the campfire with my family roasting marshmallows until they were ALMOST burnt to a crisp. Then smooshing them between two graham crackers with a big ole hunk of chocolate. The messiest, most delicious treat a little kid could have! And of course most of it ended up on my face and/or shirt but it was delicious nonetheless.
My S'Mores Cream Puffs put a fun twist on the classic S'More and they are SO decadent. And maybe even a lil less messy than that old campfire treat. The toasted meringue mixed with the homemade hot fudge sauce is the perfect combination. Plus the cream puff is the PERECT texture to tie it all together. THIS IS A WINNER!
