Nothing beats a good hash with eggs on a Sunday morning. For me, I like to caramelize my sweet potato and onions, then add some spinach and peppers if I have them. A hash is all about using what you have on hand!
I LOVE to make my hashes in my cast iron skillet. Not ONLY because it makes everything taste better, but its also a great source of iron for your bod. So needless to say, I use this thing whenever possible!
I usually fry my eggs and then lay them on top my hash, but this time i tried something new. I cracked the egg straight onto the hash and stuck it into the oven for 10-15 minutes to bake. Baked eggs! Obviously as a baker… I LOVE to bake everything :P
