If I had to pick one kind of meat to eat for the rest of my life, short ribs would take the cake! I love love love how simple they are to prepare. They require long periods of cooking to break down the connective tissue and become tender, buuuuttttt once they are properly cooked, you will think you died and went to heaven.
Raise your hand if you’ve ever been to Chipotle and had the Barbacoa beef….yeah….I know it’s good. But now you don’t even have to leave your house to have it! This recipe happens to taste just like it (if not better)! It’s a red chili Barbacoa seasoning. Once it’s done cooking, I like to shred it up and make yummy tacos topped with cabbage, onion, avocado and a squeeze of fresh lime. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!
